Cancellations and Payment terms

RESERVATIONS OVER 30 days: Inquire for special pricing and have different cancellation and payment terms. A 10% OFFER (if booking made is more than 30days before check in) CAN BE EXTENDED FOR A NON-REFUNDABLE FULL PAYMENT UPON BOOKING. ID and credit card verification will be requested upon booking. PAYMENTS DUE: 10% of reservation if more than 6 months from check in. 50% of reservation 6 months prior to check in date or upon booking, 100% of reservation 30 days before check in date. Failure to pay on time will result in cancelled reservation and no refund of payments. CANCELLATIONS: 100% refund within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 90% refund 30 days prior to check. 50% refund 14 days before check-in.
