There are so many bars, restaurants and shops just a block away (but not on top of so you can enjoy the place also)! The beautiful and lively Fort Lauderdale beach front is only a mile and a half as well. The space: As soon as you enter the property you will find a beautiful view to the pool and a modern kitchen with a large island on your left, To your right is a bright bedroom with 2 twin beds that can accommodate adults or children. The first floor modern bathroom is also on your right just before stepping into the artsy living, dining and bar area. The living room has a large screen tv and the dining area seats 6 with additional seating at the bar area. The queen bedroom on this floor has a great desk area and a wonderful dressing room. A large washer and dryer are also located in a separate room on the first floor. The primary bedroom area sits loft style on the second floor accessible by a beautiful spiral iron staircase. The bedroom offers a king bed, lots of drawer space and an en-suite bathroom. The private outside is a large wonderful space to enjoy with family and friends. Las Olas property RESERVATIONS OVER 30 days: Inquire for special pricing and have different cancellation and payment terms. A 10% OFFER (if booking made is more than 30days before check in) CAN BE EXTENDED FOR A NON-REFUNDABLE FULL PAYMENT UPON BOOKING. ID and credit card verification will be requested upon booking. PAYMENTS DUE: 10% of reservation if more than 6 months from check in. 50% of reservation 6 months prior to check in date or upon booking, 100% of reservation 30 days before check in date. Failure to pay on time will result in cancelled reservation and no refund of payments. CANCELLATIONS: 100% refund within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 90% refund 30 days prior to check. 50% refund 14 days before check-in. Not abiding by this can result in termination of stay with no refund. 4–Gates must be kept closed on sides of house. Pool area of house is fenced and gated from front of house.Children and anyone with disability issues need to be extra cautious around the pool. 5–Dispose of trash regularly to outdoor cans and make sure to put out on designated days for pick up. There is a $50 fee assessed if not followed. 6– The overnight parking of commercial and recreational vehicles is Prohibited. 7–Internet High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. 8– TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. 9— Keep windows and doors closed unless screened and within outdoor temperatures stated in house manual. 10– Please turn off lights when not in area of use (ex. left on when gone or while sleeping). 11– Do not touch any of the equipment used to run and heat pool. Please do not adjust pool heaters manually. We do not heat our pools in the summer as it is not necessary. Doing this will cause the pool heater to burn out. Should this happen, you will be held responsible for all charges incurred to replace/repair any damages. Pools are heated at 80-85 degrees in the winter months. It is cooler in the winter months. Pools have a hard time reaching 80 degrees in cooler months no matter how high they are set. Understand that the pool heaters are constantly running in the cooler months. They are working, just not able to instantly warm up the pool water after a cool night. There is nothing we can do about this. No concessions/refunds will be issued for pool heat matters. Please keep in mind we do not charge extra for heating pool like most properties do. 12–No outdoor musical performances allowed. 13–Possessions left behind by tenant will be held for the tenant and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the tenant for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 15 days they shall become the property of the Landlord.
